Instructions:

  • Cooling:
    • Place the Thermal-Aid® Therapeutic Mini Zoo Animal in the freezer.
    • Exact cooling time may vary on freezer settings, products type and desired temperature.
  • Heating:
    • Place the Thermal-Aid® Therapeutic Mini Zoo Animal on a clean surface in the center of the microwave for 10 seconds only.
    • DO NOT allow the Zoo Animal to touch the walls of the microwave during heating.
    • DO NOT heat in a conventional oven.
  • Cleaning:
    • The therapeutic Thermal-Aid® Zoo Mini can be cleaned using a wet cloth.
    • Hand Wipe Only. Do Not soak in water.
    • Air Dry Only. The Thermal-Aid® Zoo Mini must be fully dried before re-use.
